Nikos Petrakopoulos continues in Cephalonia a family tradition going back to the Byzantine era of the Melissinos and Solomos families. A small winery set in Thiramona, at the SouthEast of Cephalonia, that is focused on terroir driven wines, organic viticulture, low intervention small vat fermentations, with a conviction that great wines are made from exceptional quality fruit. About 25.000 bottles production per year, a real boutique winery, that vinifies Robola, Mavrodaphne (own rooted, pre-phylloxera, 50-60yr old vines), and Zakynthino. Winemaker Kiki Siameli is an asset to the winery.
